This first issue begins with an Editorial by Guido Cappelli and Fulvio Delle Donne on the aims and methodological commitment of the Journal.
The section Discussions (monographic), which characterizes our Journal, in this first issue is dedicated to: Pontano and the war: the De bello Neapolitano in its historical, ideological and literary context. Papers by Francesco Storti, Davide Morra, Fulvio Delle Donne, Guido Cappelli and Antonietta Iacono.
