Abstract: The Strategic Plan for the three-year period 2024-2026 sets out the vision, mission and goals of the University of Basilicata. It provides guidance on decision-making processes to facilitate the University's growth in the social, economic and territorial context. It outlines the essential steps to be taken to improve results in all areas of the University's activity, in line with the planning guidelines provided by the Ministry of the University, the principles and criteria set out in the Integrated Plan of Activities and Organisation, and the multi-year programme agreements between the Basilicata Region and Unibas. It also provides a framework for operational and management activities, in conjunction with the strategic plans of the primary structures. The plan also facilitates collaboration and coordination among various projects, integrating all forms of long-term planning in accordance with legal and internal regulations. Finally, it encourages synergistic relationships between the university community, the local community, stakeholders, and national and international partners.
